If you’re shipping your car in an exclusive-use container, you are allowed to place items inside it. However, you’ll need to provide a comprehensive list of these items for Customs reporting purposes. It’s important to ensure that the driver’s seat remains accessible, and all mirrors are visible.

If your vehicle is being shipped in a consolidated container, you cannot place any items inside the vehicle, except for OEM equipment like tools, jacks, and spare tires, which are exceptions to this rule.”

Yes, we reserve the right to inspect and repack any shipment tendered to us according to TSA guidelines and regulations. Most repacking are done to ship every item in it’s safest and most cost effective way.Based on customer’s advice, goods can be shipped as is without repacking, but we must inspect it for safety purposes.

Yes, we notify every customer through SMS or Email as soon as their shipments become available for pick up in our office.

Yes, we do provide insurance services for your shipments. We highly recommend insuring your cargo to safeguard against unforeseen events. Our insurance options cover a wide range of items, including vehicles, personal effects, and commercial goods, offering both All Risk and Total Loss coverage.

It’s worth noting that while ship sinkings are rare, damage to cargo commonly occurs during the shipping process. The handling of containers by cranes, the inherent movement of vessels or planes, and weather conditions during transit can all potentially lead to damage. Insurance provides peace of mind and financial protection in the event of such occurrences, ensuring that your shipment is covered against various risks.

Yes we can hold shipments that come in parts for seven calendar days, storage charge will start accruing from the 8th day until you decide to ship them.
